He worked his way up through the ranks at ICE, eventually becoming the first Director of ICE to have worked his way up from the front lines to head of the agency. Having served under six presidential administrations and receiving the National Security Medal, Distinguished Service Medal and Presidential Rank Award, Tom’s experience is unmatched.
